Our Story
In 2008, Shahla’s family started on a mission to bring technology solutions to anyone who didn’t have the time or skills to do it themselves. They started with a web-based application for a local school to help increase communication between staff, teachers, students, and parents. The success of this initial application created interest among many local small businesses who wanted a way to have a full-featured website that they could control themselves. A proprietary product called Essential-Connections (a drupal based platform) was developed for that purpose. As client interest increased, the Wise Websites business was established and proceeded to serve many other businesses with hosting, website development, and webmaster services.
Jay’s past achievements include working with designers and programmers on marketing, sales, and analytic strategies for GE/GE Capital, Pitney Bowes, Sterling Financial Group, REMCO, CBS ONTV, Strike Services, and other successful businesses.
In 2020, with some family members ready to retire, Strike Services took on the Wise Websites business by adopting the current best practices, combining them with a new mission, and giving it a new name.
