Jay is our Director of Operations. Jay comes with over 35 years of successful business ownership and management experience. Working with our clients directly, Jay ensures that everything is handled with the utmost integrity, from start to finish. You will find that he stands firmly behind his commitment to excellence in all aspects of doing business.

Shahla
Director of Client Services
Shahla is our Director of Client Services. Shahla has been working with technology, vendor relations and client support since 1988 and has a passion for helping people.
Shahla’s specialty is evaluating workflow situations, then creating a custom plan to increase communication, efficiency and collaboration. As president of Strike Streamlining, she has presented these concepts at both state and national conferences and utilizes these methods to streamline the operations of all Strike Services businesses.
Shahla manages our office team and ensures that our client support is always above and beyond expectations.
John
Strike Web Services Specialist
John’s passion for content creation began in high school when he became the webmaster for the school district. He continued to work on various website projects through college while taking classes in graphics design and computer science to enhance his other skills.
After college, John went to work in various industries and was always able to apply his content creator background for continued success throughout these industries.
Outside of work, John loves to spend time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys short trips to other states, taking long walks, and a great donut.
Kristopher
Strike Web Services Specialist
Kristopher is one of our go-to website developers. His attention to detail and work ethic make him stand apart from others. He constantly pushes to expand his horizons and has a burning desire to make every new website better than the last.
He believes every website needs a logical approach to its design. Attention to the user experience of the website and its conversion rate optimization, make a huge difference in traffic and conversion to your product’s / service’s call to action.
He is a strong communicator and believes that relaying information to clients in an articulate and digestible manner is how great things get done.
Rachel
Administrative Assistant
Rachel works mostly behind the scenes. She enjoys finding opportunities to make tasks easier and processes more efficient! As a critical thinker and one who has an eye for details, Rachel’s contribution to the team is vital. Her organizational and time management skills are critical to the collaboration and success of all Strike Services teams.
Rachel is currently studying Human Resource Management and is passionate about finding ways to make our team run smoothly!
India
Social Media Management
India has over 6 years of experience in social media management and marketing and is a pro at managing the online presence of Strike Services. Her outstanding skills include creating attractive designs, utilizing effective hashtags as well as other essential marketing elements that attract high volume views on any platform.
She is currently majoring in Entrepreneurship and is passionate about music and traveling the world!
